Marty Heflin
is the Managing Partner of M2H Group, a Nashville based award winning development company. With over twenty years of experience as a real estate manager, investor and developer, Marty is well known in the region for developing quality apartment, condominium and mixed-use projects. In addition, Marty serves as the Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Owen School of Vanderbilt University. Marty also serves on the Executive Board of the Nashville District Council for the Urban Land Institute, chairing their Infrastructure Committee. He is a member of the Dominican Campus Building Committee and spends his weekends in the Fall coaching K-8 Cross Country for the Christ the King School.
Marty is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he majored in Economics and History and the Babcock School of Wake Forest University where he received his MBA specializing in finance and marketing. He is a former Trammell Crow Residential partner and one of the founding partners of Wood Partners. In his career, he has developed over 1,500 homes in the Southeast and Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.
